What are the dates and times of the event?

The dates are Thursday and Friday, February 26th and 27th, 2026. For those traveling to Austin, you should consider the following.Arrival: Wednesday, February 25th for pre-registration that evening and event programming starting Thursday morning.Departure: We have a full day of programming and the closing reception on Friday, February 26th. Many guests will choose to check out of the hotel that day, so we will work the hotel to watch your bags in a secure location if you have a flight that evening. Others will checkout on Saturday, February 28th.

Can I attend virtually? Will sessions be recorded, and can I access them after the conference?

There is no virtual option for this event. The sessions will be recorded and available at a discounted rate for attendees and a regular rate for non-attendees.Recordings are available free for VIP ticket holders.

Yes, we are intentional about attendees starting and building connections throughout the event. There are multiple networking opportunities during lunch, dinner, breaks between sessions, and our receptions.

Is there a dress code for the event or any specific sessions?

There is no dress code. Please note there will be photo and video coverage of the events that we will share on social media for future marketing.

Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

What is the refund policy if I’m unable to attend?

If you are unable to attend, we offer full refunds for cancellations made no later than 45 days before the event (January 12th).

Is there a deadline for registration, or can I buy tickets at the door?

Tickets will not be available at the door. The deadline for registration is currently one week before the event and is subject to change depending on ticket availability.
